Rapid growth requires a new approach to content

From enabling digital transformation to handling direct mail, Paragon provides end-to-end customer communications services for some of the world’s biggest brands. The company now operates in over 20 countries, employing more than 9,000 people, and reporting revenues of more than €1.1bn. But with this rapid expansion comes a communications challenge.

With the rapid growth we were experiencing, we needed a video series that didn’t just tell a great story, but allowed us to showcase the talent behind the scenes.

Showcasing the personal stories behind business success

Rapid growth for Paragon came with new businesses to integrate, new business lines to establish, and many new team members to embed. To keep Paragon customers and existing staff aware of all the new capabilities, experience and personality within the enlarged organisation, Paragon wanted to create a video series celebrating the personal stories of the people that make the business tick.

‘My Paragon’ becomes a feature of internal and external communications

We developed a series of short films showcasing the backstories and personal development of integral Paragon team members, from factory floor to boardroom. Q Content has now filmed ‘My Paragon’ videos at sites across the country, with more to come. The videos play a central role in internal and external comms, showcasing the wealth of personality, talent and experience across the Paragon business.

We were looking to showcase personal stories with these interview pieces. What we got from Q Content was first-class video production and a suite of assets that demonstrate a real understanding of our business.
